We are looking for a Project Coordinator to drive corporate events locally and abroad. The position involves sales, project management and being creative. The role fits a person who enjoys solving several problems at the same time while staying calm, structured and has an overview of the corporate customers wants and needs – keeping the “red line” throughout the project/event.

Experience from project management end-to-end, preferably within the event industry
Excellent sales skills
Ability to communicate with others in a professional matter
Good prioritization skills
Enjoy planning and working in projects
Passionate about and masters IT tools we use to support project management, sales and results.
Great financial understanding
Fluent in Norwegian and English
Amadeus skills are essential
